Twelve Days Of Christmas Cupcakes

The "Twelve Days Of Christmas" is one of my favorite Chritmas songs, which is an English Christmas carol that details a series of gifts that keep getting larger, and larger and larger.

So in my attempt to come up with something new and differen this year, as I do every holiday season, I thought of making Twelve Days Of Christmas Cupcakes! I'm not sure if this is entirely an original idea (there could be plenty more of these out there!) but either way I think it's a neat idea and one that gets everybody together in the kitchen.

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

A Partridge In A Pear Tree

On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Two Turtle Doves

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Three French Hens

On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Four Calling Birds

On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Five Golden Rings

On the sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Six Geese A-Laying

On the seventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Seven Swans A-Swimming

On the eighth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Eight Maids A-Milking

On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Nine Ladies Dancing

On the tenth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Ten Lords A-Leaping

On the eleventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Eleven Pipers Piping

On the twelve day of Christmas my true love gave to me...

Twelve Drummers Drumming

Once you're done making all your cupcakes, place them in a nice cupcake box as gifts or you can serve them all at a dinner party and have guests choose which ones they want!

If you're giving them as gifts you can also include a copy of the "12 Day Of Christmas" along with them. Merry Christmas!!
